Beijing Oil-Tech & Engineering Co., Ltd (“Oil-Tech Corporation” for short) was established in 1994, which was one of the first stock system enterprises meeting standards following the issue of “Corporation Law” in China. It mainly engages in oil, petrochemical industry including oil wastewater treatment. Oil-Tech Corporation passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification in 2002, and was approved officially as high-tech corporation by development zone of Beijing Zhongguancun, meanwhile it was classified as environmentally-friend corporation with special support from Beijing city.

The corporation adopts general manager responsibility system which is lead by board of directors. Presently there are 30 senior administrative and engineering technical personnel, with the headquarters located in Beijing Zhongguancun High-Tech Development Zone in China. December 2004, SSF wastewater purification technology was approved by technical appraisement organized by Shengli Oilfield Corporation, and obtained First Grade Prize of Shengli Oilfield Technological Advancement.
